Meal Plan Finder

Enter your calories and pick an eating style to see the meal plan example closest to your day.

How the Meal Plan Finder works

You'll see one of our 43 meal plan examples. With no eating style or macro split picked, you get the calorie-level example closest to your number. Pick a style like vegan or paleo, a split like high-protein, or both, and you get that exact example.

The style and split examples come at about 2,000 calories, and the single styles and splits also come at 2,500. The finder picks the version closest to your number, then shows how much to scale the portions and what protein, carbs and fat come to at that size. When you scale every portion by the same amount, the balance of the day stays the same.

Not sure what your number is? Our free Macro, TDEE & BMR Calculator works it out from your age, height, weight and activity.

See every meal plan example

The finder shows the one or two examples closest to your answers. Our Meal Plan Examples page has all 43: 7 calorie levels from 1,500 to 3,000, plus 6 eating styles and 3 macro splits, each in several versions.

Common questions

Is the example a diet to follow?

No. It's an example of what a day of eating can look like at your calories. You can swap any food for a similar one you like better, and our Food Directory has the numbers to check a swap.

What if I want two things, like vegan and high-protein?

Pick both. Every eating style comes in a high-protein, a low-carb and a 30/40/30 version, so the finder shows that exact day.

Does the Meal Plan Finder save my answers?

No. It runs in your browser, and nothing you enter leaves your device.

These are examples of what a day of eating can look like, not a prescription or medical advice. If you have a food allergy, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a health condition, go with what your doctor or dietitian recommends.
